The Origins Of Local Natives
Local Natives, is an indie rock band from Orange County, California, that emerged in 2005 when friends Taylor Rice, Ryan Hahn, and Kelcey Ayer started making music together. They later joined forces with Matt Frazier and Andy Hamm, moving into a shared house in Silver Lake, which they called “Gorilla Manor.” Here, they crafted their debut album, blending lush harmonies and energetic instrumentals.
