Another night of 'corridos tumbados' in town!
Last night we witnessed another great show of what’s becoming a super-popular genre in music these days, the “corridos tumbados” with Junior H who brought the “Sad Boyz Manía Tour” to the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas, and dear friends, it was incredible.
The energy and excitement Junior H delivered to the thousands of fans who gathered to see him live was intense!
Fans of the corridos tumbados star had been eagerly waiting for this night, and he did not disappoint. Known for his deep, emotive lyrics and unique blend of traditional Mexican music with modern trap influences, Junior H brought a powerful performance that captivated the audience from start to finish. The venue buzzed with excitement, as fans, both young and old, gathered to witness the magic of one of the most influential artists in the genre.
The Show
The music inside the Frost Bank Center stopped at 8:41 PM marking the initial of the show.
The concert kicked off with pyrotechnics, confetti, and an electrifying atmosphere, as Junior H took the stage, greeted by a sea of cheering fans. From the first note of his opening song, “Rockstar,” the energy was palpable. Junior H’s voice, rich with emotion, echoed through the venue, and the powerful sound of the “tuba” resonated deeply with the audience. Followed by “Miéntele,” and “Las Noches,” the night assured a fun time!
His performance of hits like “Ella” and “Mente Positiva” had the crowd singing along, word for word, creating a unified chorus that filled the night air. The stage setup was stunning, with vibrant visuals and lighting that perfectly complemented the mood of each song. Junior H’s interaction with the audience was heartfelt, he was very thankful to the fans in San Antonio who he said have been so loyal to him since his early days. The crowd clapped and cheered.
With the song “Lady Gaga” that he recorded with Peso Pluma and Gabito Ballesteros, the crowd erupted with cheers and screams and sang their lungs out. It was loud!
The energy never waned, and Junior H’s charismatic presence kept everyone on their feet, dancing and swaying to the rhythm of his music.
For almost two hours, the fans in San Antonio enjoyed a great show with a singer who left his heart and soul on stage.
