Powerful Day 1 with two legendary bands!
The inaugural day of Power Trip Festival was a rock and roll extravaganza that left fans of all ages exhilarated and begging for more. Headlined by two legendary bands, Iron Maiden and Guns N’ Roses, this festival promised an unforgettable experience, and it delivered in spades.
The festival is happening this weekend at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA organized by giant promoter Goldenvoice (Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert Trip, etc) and the whole experience has been surreal.
IRON MAIDEN
Iron Maiden took the stage with their signature energy and theatricality. Bruce Dickinson’s operatic vocals soared through the night air as he commanded the audience’s attention from the moment he stepped on stage. The band’s iconic mascot, Eddie, made appearances in various forms, adding to the visual spectacle. Hits like “The Trooper” and “Fear of the Dark” and “Wasted Years” had the crowd singing along at the top of their lungs. Iron Maiden’s musicianship was top-notch, with bassist Steve Harris and blistering guitar solos from Dave Murray, Adrian Smith and Janick Gers that left jaws dropping.
“Scream for me Indio!” Dickinson asked the crowd a few times during the show to an audience that was excited to see this incredible band live.
They proved once again why they are considered one of the greatest heavy metal bands of all time.
