Father and son delivered a stunning performance
What a night!
Sting with Joe Sumner at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, was incredible!
As part of his tour “MY SONGS 2023” the legendary singer made a stop in the city bringing a whole bunch of great memories to the audience who have grown up with his solo career and his previous band The Police, and the timeless songs he created such as “Message In A Bottle”, “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic”, “If I Ever Lose My Faith in You”, “Every Breath You Take” and “Roxanne”.
Sting is truly a legend, and his son Joe is a talented musician in his own right. They both played a mix of classic hits and new songs, and the crowd was singing along to every word. You could tell they were both having fun on stage.
The opening act was in charge of Joe Sumner who played some of his best songs such as “Live Life”, “Jellybean” and “Hope”. Sumner is such a talented singer and songwriter, and he knows how to rock the stage and leave a crowd warm enough for the main band of the night, his dad!
